David E. Cook, MD
Mr. Cook is a graduate of Saint Joseph’s College with a BS in Accounting. He completed the CPA examination in 1995. He is a retired Partner of Coopers and Lybrand, now PricewaterhouseCoopers. He was the Partner-in-Charge of tax services for the Cleveland office where he was responsible for tax planning services for several Fortune 500 Companies, as well as executive and professional services. He has served on the Boards of the Cleveland Ballet, the Greater Cleveland Boy Scouts of America and continues to serve of the Board of the Cleveland Sight Center, where he recently led its multimillion-dollar Capital Campaign. His tenure with the Children’s Eye Foundation started with the NCEF under the leadership of Drs. Marshall Parks and George Beauchamp, serving for many years as Finance Chairman and Board Member. He received the Parks Bronze Medal in 2006.
